We aim to deliver standard orders within 10–15 working days.

Tailor-made, customized, or backordered products may take approximately
3–4 weeks to complete and deliver.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible returns must be sent back to Clanswear at the customer's own cost and risk
unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Delivery Service

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery
services are available for your order.

Please note that Clanswear cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
A valid physical delivery address is required.

depending on the destination and order requirements.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your
tracking information when available. This allows you to track your parcel during
