1. Order Acceptance
Your order is accepted once we receive payment and confirm your order by email. Once confirmed, an agreement for the purchase of the goods is formed between you and Clanswear.
2. Our Right to Refuse an Order
Clanswear may refuse or cancel an order if:
- The requested product is out of stock.
- We cannot deliver to your location.
- A product has been listed with an incorrect price or product information due to an error.
- A payment or fraud-prevention issue is identified.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid.
3. Prices and Payment
All product prices are displayed in USD. The price shown at the time you place your order will normally apply to that order. Prices may change for future orders.
Additional delivery charges may apply depending on your destination. Applicable shipping costs will be shown during checkout.
4. Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order, please contact Clanswear as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once your order has entered production, processing, or shipping.
Custom-made and made-to-measure products cannot normally be cancelled after production has started, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the agreed specifications.
5. Order Modification
For made-to-measure orders, you may request changes to measurements, size, color, items, or shipping address before processing begins.
Please contact Clanswear Customer Support with your order number as soon as possible. Once production or processing has started, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.
6. Delivery
We will deliver your order to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, production time, and shipping service.
Any estimated delivery time is provided as a guide and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Fraud Prevention
Clanswear may use information provided during checkout to verify orders and help prevent fraudulent transactions. Payment and security information may be processed by appropriate third-party service providers.
8. Events Beyond Our Control
Clanswear is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fires, transportation problems, strikes, system failures, or other unexpected events.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Custom-made and made-to-measure products may have different return conditions.
