Returns From the United States and Canada

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Clanswear, you may return eligible items for an exchange or a full refund within 365 days of the original delivery date.

The only exception applies to tailor-made or made-to-measure garments, which are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their bespoke nature, unless the item is faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items that:

  • Have been worn

  • Are returned without original tags or packaging

  • Are not in a resellable condition

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Shipping Instructions

Please return your goods to the address below. Ensure that “Returned Goods” is clearly marked on the outside of the package and on the customs declaration, if applicable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, Clanswear will provide a free return shipping label.
